Satisfaction Guarantee - All animals purchased from Lunar Boids are honestly represented to the best of my ability. All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding, and properly sexed. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your animal, I must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.

Payment - Preferred payment method is through PayPal, but you may also pay by US Postal money order. Payment plans are approved and created on an individual basis. A deposit will be required to hold an animal on payment plan. This deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a separate animal for sale by Lunar Boids. Full payment must be received before any animal will be shipped.

Shipping - Shipping is available to the continental US. Lunar Boids is a FedEx certified live animal shipper. All animals will be shipped Priority Overnight via FedEx. An adult signature will be required upon delivery of your animal. Live arrival is only guaranteed if you are there to accept the package on the first delivery attempt made by FedEx. Lunar Boids is not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier. In the event that a delivery is delayed by fault of FedEx, I can no longer guarantee live arrival.

Return Policy - If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your animal, please notify me within 24 hours of receipt to arrange a refund. To receive a full refund, the animal must be returned at your expense in the condition it arrived to you. Shipping is nonrefundable.
